Beginning with Foreshadowings, the installment unveils a new generation of future guerrilla-art projects, including The Septet III Series and the planned Mono-Arch-Gates of the Seven Fundamental Virtues—projects designed to carry the ideas of the S3K Project forward into public space, culture, and collective action.

Then Generation III: “The Millennium Crisis” turns to Neil Howe’s The Fourth Turning Is Here, exploring the theory that history moves through recurring cycles of upheaval, renewal, and generational change. Millennials, Generation X, Boomers, and Generation Z are each placed within a larger historical drama as society enters what Howe describes as a Fourth Turning—a period of crisis that may determine what kind of world emerges next.
