VOLUME I: THE S3K PROJECT—Installment 15

Zoren Cross • October 18, 2026

If transformation requires new systems, does it also require a new kind of leader—and a new way of organizing together?

Installment 15 asks a different question: What kind of people—and what kind of organizations—are actually capable of carrying a new vision forward?

At the center is Pillar X: Integral Leadership, Organization & Movements, beginning with the idea that leadership starts with personal development. The installment introduces Integral Life Practice (ILP) through the core areas of body, mind, spirit, and shadow, along with ethics, work, relationships, creativity, emotion, and purpose.

From there, it expands from the individual to the organization. Drawing on Integral Leadership and Reinventing Organizations, it explores a new model of leadership that looks beyond command-and-control structures toward broader perspective-taking, adaptability, and what the text calls Teal organizations—built around self-management, wholeness, and evolutionary purpose.

The installment then turns to the San Diego Cultural Creatives experience, examining attempts to unite activists around shared values, common principles, and a larger strategy while confronting a recurring obstacle: people may share a vision, yet still struggle to organize around it.
